Audience
A group of visitors defined by rules, such as device, country, traffic source or behaviour, that a test or personalization targets.
An audience is a set of conditions a visitor has to meet to enter a test or see a personalized experience: mobile visitors from paid social, returning customers, shoppers with more than $100 in the cart.
Targeting an audience narrows who is in the test. The result then applies to that audience, not to every visitor.
A store creates an audience of returning visitors in Canada and shows them a message about duty-free shipping.
