Shipping test
A test of shipping offers, such as the free-shipping threshold, where each group of shoppers gets its own shipping price at checkout.
Shipping tests answer questions like whether free shipping from $50 earns more than from $75. Each group sees and receives its own shipping offer.
Lower thresholds usually raise conversion and lower order value, so judge them on revenue or profit per visitor, with shipping costs included.
Group A gets free shipping from $50, group B from $75. B has a higher order value and slightly fewer orders.
